Notes

Solid 2 mile warm. Then 4 x 3/4 mile cruise intervals. Intervals were consistent, but definitely slower than spring fitness levels. Slight drop off in the final 2 intervals, but was able to push through some fatigue. Overall not a bad effort for first really hard workout since the marathon.
