Overall a very good progression run. Felt a little tight and sluggish for about the first 20 minutes, but after that I got into a very nice running rhythm. From that point on, I felt stronger the longer & the faster I ran. I was a little conservative with the paces on the progression segments, which I think resulted from a combination of a pesky headwind in the 3 and a half miles going out and my being extra careful not to go out too fast as I did on Saturday. However, the execution of the progression segments was spot on and I was able to increase the effort at the 10th, 30th, 45th & 55th minute of the run and comfortably hold the increased effort til the end of each segment. Cool down was relaxed and easy after the harder effort. Completed the full set of exercise routines after the run.
