Notes

Pretty good set of strides. Consistently high turnover, but was a little tentative during the first two reps. Got into a good flow during the third rep and then maintained that during the final two reps with number five being the best of the set. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the strides.
