Tempo intervals: 1.5 mi+ warm up. Then 2 mile tempo interval with 5 minute rest; Then 3 x 1 mile tempo intervals, 5 minute rest before 1st 1 & 3 minutes rest before last two. Finished with 1 mile cool down very easy effort.
