Felt very good and didn't want to do back to back recovery runs so ran this one at an easy pace with six x 100 meter strides at the end of mile 3 and beginning of mile 4. Consistent pace (just under 9:45/mile) and consistent cadence (in the low to mid 170s) for the easy portions with cadence increasing to the mid/upper 190s for all six of the strides.
