Effort was hard & consistent the entire distance. The new track is slightly longer (445 meters) so the lap distance & times are fairly accurate. I slowed slightly after the halfway point, but it remained steady after that til the end & I was able to push the pace a little the last couple of miles. At about 30 laps, I decided trying to track each lap was taking away from my concentration so I just stopped and focused on running each lap hard. The mile figures are not correct, but even though the pace figures are fast they are pretty even which matches how I felt during the last third of the run. Not my best race for time but a good 13 mile marathon pace training run.
