Another excellent run. Again I really had to exercise a lot of control and hold back to keep from running too fast. During the first mile effort felt really easy & only slightly more than a jog. Then I looked at the time at the end of the mile & pace was under 10 min/mile. So I eased it even more and finally by mile 3 settled into a recovery pace although the effort never felt more than that during the run. Cadence was extremely consistent & right at where it usually is during a recovery run.
