Early miles were somewhat of a struggle. I felt I was running ok, but I didn't seem to have a lot of energy plus I felt a bit stressed as I was concerned about having a repeat of Tuesday leg problem. So I kept those miles at an easy effort. By the end of mile 4 I started to feel stronger & pretty confident there'd be no repeat of Tuesday as the leg was holding up with no real discomfort in my tailbone area. So by the middle of mile 5 I started to slowly pick up the effort & by the end of 5 was running a nice steady "marathon" effort, which I was able to hold through the end of the run with a nice strong, but comfortable, finish in mile 10. Leg held up nicely with no problems after the run was finished & no problems while doing the post run exercise routines. Definitely feel ready for 22 on Saturday.
