Cut this run at 3 miles. Leg felt fine but overall I just felt sluggish and fatigued from the start of run. I suspect part of this was due to adding a 3rd consecutive day of running for first time in 7 weeks, but a bigger part was probably that I had to drive to Orland Park & back mid-afternoon which through my eating, rest & other pre-run routines totally out the window. Will be back on my usual routines tomorrow so Saturday's run should be much better.
