Notes
The series of excellent runs continues. A steady, consistent, and controlled effort from start to finish. Pace slowed slightly in miles 5 & 6 because a guy from the U.K started running with me at that point and I spent a little over a mile answering his questions about marathon training while we ran. After he dropped out, the pace picked up right where it had been early in the run. By mile 10, I still felt extremely fresh & strong so I kicked the pace up a notch for the last two miles. The speed increase was very controlled. At the end I felt I could've run 2-3 more miles at the same level.
