Very good run. Nice easy warm up mile. Then found marathon pace/effort quickly in the first mile of that section and maintain a hard, but controlled, effort for the entire 60 minutes. Effort was steady and consistent through that entire section and obviously I felt much stronger than the end of Saturday's run. Nice comfortably easy cool down after the pace run section. Completed full set of exercise routines after the run. Right leg running strength was by far the best in several weeks with no issue during or after the run.
