Ran this about as well as I can at this point in training. First 3 miles were nice and easy, very comfortable. Picked up the effort at the start of mile 4 & had no trouble maintaining it for next 2 miles. Reduced the effort a bit for the final 2 miles, but still was running at nice solid pace, helped by the slight downgrade. Felt strong all 7 miles with lots left at the finish.
