Still a bit warm & humid, but much better than last night. Even though got more comfortable for second half of run, dialed down target pace about 30 sec to 9:15 to 9:45 because of conditions at start. Legs felt pretty good despite yesterday's tough 8 miler & was able to run 5 miles at a consistent effort in the middle to high end of the revised range.
Good effort & good endurance.
