Tempo interval workout. 2 mile warm up. Then 2 x 10 min tempo intervals w/ 3 minute recovery jog in between. 1st interval was on target. Took 2nd interval out too fast so had to cut int at 2/3s of a mile (about 6 minutes). Then ran about 0.44 miles at tempo pace/effort. Finished with 1.93 mile cool down (about 20 minutes).
