First time running strides on Prairie Path. Took me a couple of strides to get used to the surface as it felt like I was slipping on the loose gravel as the speed and turnover increased. Because of that the first stride was very conservative although the turnover was pretty good. By the third stride I had gotten more used to surface and the turnover & speed improved. 3rd & 4th strides were much better than the first two and the 5th one had the best speed & turnover of the entire set. Despite the traction issues, my legs felt strong during the set.
