Treadmill hill workout. 6 sets of (90 seconds @ 6.7 mph @ 6% incline, 1 min @ 5.6 mph @ 0% incline, 1 min @ 7% incline @ 6.7 mph, 2 min @ 5.6 mph @ 0% incline); took 45-50 seconds recovery between sets. Was able to increase speed to 6.7 for all climbs. Increased speed for all sets and increased number of sets. Solid, consistent, but hard workout.
