Steady State Run. Scheduled for 4 miles but cut it to three as I felt mentally and physically worn out. Maintained steady pace in miles 2 and 3 & probably could have maintained it for another mile, but it was a struggle to keep pace steady in the last half of mile 3. Cadence numbers also were very consistent - 180 in first mile, 182 in 2nd & 180 in 3rd, although did drop to 178 at times in last quarter mile.
