Excellent run. Easy, comfortable 2 mile warm up. Fartlek segment went great. Ran hard, but controlled for a minute alternated with one minute easy, relaxed running. At the end of each minute recovery I was ready for the next hard running segment. The last couple of hard segments did get a little more difficult, but not to the point were I was uncomfortable with the hard running. Cool down was solid and relaxed. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Cannonball routine and Leg circuit #1 after the run.
