Solid long run. First 12 miles were very relaxed and comfortable. Did feel some fatigue during the last four miles and in mile 13 and 15 I felt some minor leg discomfort on the upgrades, but discomfort disappeared once the path leveled and I was able to run the last mile hard & strong. Legs felt tired but good after the run and had no problems completing the
pedestals with leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, & leg circuit exercises after I finished. No lingering soreness or discomfort as I write this 2 hours after completing today's run.
