2 mile easy warm up on treadmill 5.7 to 5.8 mph. Then hill repeats 10 x 1 minute @ 6% grade, starting at 5.8 mph & increasing steadily to repeat 9 @ 6.1 mph & final 30 seconds of last repeat at 6.2 mph. Recovery was about 75-80 seconds at 5.5 mph on a 1% grade.
