Notes: Fartlek workout. 3 minutes @ 8:00 mph (slightly fast, target was about 8:30 to 8:35 pace), then 2 minutes slow jog at 11:27 pace. Did 4 sets. Maintained pace on last two even though felt fatigued during the last two fast sets. Good workout, but hard, need to pull back fast sets just a little.
