Solid mile intervals; Conservative in first interval, but a little too fast in 2nd. Began to tire in last half mile of 3rd interval, but drop off in pace is a bit misleading -- at 3/4 mark time was same as in first interval & probably would have come in at around 8:20 or 8:21 except that in last 1/4 mile I had more people to dodge which slowed it down 7 or 8 seconds. Still overall average was about 8:19, which was on target and I felt like the intervals overall were right where they should have been.
