Nice set of 2 mile tempo intervals. Felt strong for all 3 reps, but ran the first mile of the first 2 reps very conservatively before picking it up in the 2nd mile. Since I still felt good at the start of the 3rd segment, I began increasing the effort after a half mile & held it nicely through the final mile, which was my best. Base on how strong I felt in the final 2 mile segment, I probably could have pushed the effort and the pace just a notch in the first 2 segments
