Excellent set of intervals. Warm up mile & a half was comfortable & relaxed at a very steady effort. Intervals were strong & sharp..Very quickly hit a "comfortably hard" effort and had no trouble maintaining it through all three intervals with minimal recovery. Effort was very consistent and controlled, but pace at that effort picked up in the second & third intervals gradually & naturally.. Cool down mile & a half was comfortable and easy after the harder effort during the intervals. Myrtl routine after the workout.
