Pyramid hill workout. Workout as a whole was pretty good. Took it conservatively, given yesterday's 15 miler and overall mileage I've been running. Started the first rep at 6.4 mph & pushed it up to 6.5 mph about half way into the rep.
Started 2nd rep at 6.5 mph & pushed it to 6.6 mph halfway through to the finish. Started 3 at 6.6 mph, but dropped it to 6.5 mph during the 6% incline portion. Struggled a little with the 8% incline & the second 7% incline (beginning of rep 5) so I dropped the speed to 6.4 on those portions, but pushed it back up to 6.5 for the last minute of rep 5 and then did rep 6 at 6.5 mph. Legs felt tired, but strong, at the end of the last rep.
