Yesterday's decision paid off. Gorgeous morning for running. Temps lower, no humidity & light but cool breeze. Great long run. Took about two miles to warm up but then very consistent & very comfortable for the rest of the run. Picked up pace nicely in miles 7 and 8 without any noticeable increase in effort. Still felt strong in last two miles and was able to run last quarter mile past the ten mile mark around a 9:30/mile pace.
