Ran 3rd day in a row for first time since marathon. Felt pretty good early, but started to feel some of the cumulative fatigue about midway through mile 4 so I dialed it down at that point. Final 2 1/2 miles were steady but a couple notches slower. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Cannonball routine and leg circuit exercises after run. Overall a solid effort in slightly warmer conditions.
