breakfast was bagel with pb & nutella + 1 glass orange juice
left at 5:50, got to race by 6:55
2 mile warm up starting at 7:35,
one 2x caffiene gel at 7:45 with gatorade
shorts, short sleeve shirt + arm warmers, gloves, hat
started with bottle of gatorade, probably 1/8 full, had small drink at 2 and 4 miles, then chucked empty bottle. Maybe two other small drinks of nuun on course.
Ran with a guy for 5 miles, another guy for 2 miles, than solo for rest. Last 3 miles were tough. Headwind from 9 to 11 miles.
