Mizuno Wave Rider 11
Ran an easy 2 miles on the trail with Copper this morning. Splits were 12:37 and 12:11. I am hoping to add a day or two of running per week of easy 2 mile runs in order to prepare for a 10K in October. That or add some cross training.
