Ran W5D1 of C25K on the trail with Copper. I extended the distance by adding a 1:30 walk and ran the remainder to get up to 2 miles. It was a tough workout, partly because of the added distance and partly because of all the yard work and cleaning out of the workshop. Now that the workout is done I'm glad I upped the distance.
