Ran 4 miles on the trail with Copper this humid morning. I intended to run continuously but it turned into a interval workout largely due to a too fast pace and the humidity. Splits were 11:27 (1 mi), 10:20 (1 mi), 5:02 (0.5 mi), 5:15 (0.5 mi), 5:37 (0.5 mi), and 5:07 (0.5 mi). Both Copper and I were bone tired at the end of the session.
