Ran a more relaxed W3D3 again for C25K. Moving on to Week 4 on Tuesday! Emily leaves for Japan with the Kizuna project this morning. She'll be back in about two weeks. I'll bet she's a lot more independent when she returns. I think this an awesome opportunity. In a month she'll be leaving for Iowa State University. Wasn't she just toddling around the house yesterday?
