W1D3 of C25K is in the bag! Copper and I had a good run this morning. We stayed on road instead of hitting the trail. I'm feeling a bid sluggish and a little nauseous which is probably because I ate a large snack right before bed. Ugh. Controlling my eating continues to be a problem. :(
