Mizuno Wave Rider 11
Ran 4 miles on the trail with Copper this morning. Splits were 12:00, 11:07, 10:34, and 11:01. I'm very happy with the effort! I offered Copper water at miles 2 and 3 and again both times he refused. Happy Independence Day!
