Thursday 2024-05-09 ??? 5 2.40 6:25 AM. 60 – 65, DP = 51. SG. Walked 4x (1:00). GPS watch recorded this run as as 2.43 miles, but I took a wrong turn which added .1 to .2 miles to this course – will remeasure later. CVT - Wegmans – East - to 10.75 mile marker, then back. Mile markers on CVT have been renumbered since 2019 – presumably because they added more miles to the Eastern end of the trail. I saw Jamie Hassert at the end of this run. This is my first early-morning before-work run since 2020-02-14, and my first run on the CVT from Wegmans since 2019-08-09. 27:22.73
