Sunday 2014-03-23 ??? 3 13.10 9:30 AM. 35 – 40 at start, 40 – 45 at end, DP = ??. Caesar Rodney Half Marathon, Wilmington, DE. Very glad to have been able to run and finish this race because I had a mild gout attack the day before, but luckily there was no pain when I was running. I took Ibuprofin and Endurolytes before this race. Lee, Greg Boone, Paul Steenkamer, Jamie Hassert, and Larry Filtz also ran this race. I ran the first 8 – 10 miles with Greg, then he pulled ahead and I never caught up. Lee had a tremendous race. My official Chip time was 1:46:08. Finished 350 of 1195 overall, 22nd in M55-59 Age Group, and 256th Male. 1:46:09 1 SI1
