Thursday 2016-11-24 ??? 1 2.50 11:05 AM. 45 – 50, DP = 34, cloudy. Thanksgiving day. SG + nylon jacket. Brookline loop 1x. Walked 4x (2 x 2:00 & 2 x 1:30). First run since 10/20/2016 due to multiple RIGHT FOOT PAIN issues – some of which was a severe gout attack. Went to Dr. Romansky, got x-ray (all OK), steroids, and have yet to get an MRI. Also went back to New Balance 1260 model shoes – perhaps the other shoe (Brooks) experiment was ill-advised. It will be a long road back to being in running shape. 24:28.94 6 SI4
