Thursday 2015-05-28 ??? 7 8.10 5:30 AM. 70 – 75, DP = 70. CVT – head East to 2.75 mile marker, then back. Took-off shirt at half-way point. Also accidently stopped watch instead of hitting lap button, so stop at half-way point (30 – 40 seconds?) was not included in total time – also caused me to miss the split times. Ran with Greg Boone. 1:08:26 2 SI2
