4:40 PM. 85 - 90, DP = 71. SG. Middle of driveway - Campbell to Hawthorne to Hastings to Campbell middle of driveway. GPS watch showed .39 miles for this loop. This is my first run since 2020-02-14 due to Right knee pain/covid/etc. I am 100% out of shape. Probably could not have run more than .39 miles. Left foot and ankle (3-month gout attack) felt Ok, Right knee felt Ok during the run, but slightly “off” afterward. In the almost 17 months since my last run, my eyesight has gotten worse so it was tough to see my watches with contacts in. Given all of this, I should be disappointed by this run, but it was so great to actually run again.
