Friday 2014-04-11 ??? 7 13.35 5:00 AM. 50 – 55 at start, 55 – 60 at end, DP = 38. Ran for the first time with the Friday morning Wegman’s crowd. Started at Wegman’s, went West on trail until trail was closed ½ mile before Ship Rd., so we looped around the parking lots to make up that distance, then back to Wegman’s, stopped at car to get a drink, then went East on trail for about 1.5 miles, then back to Wegman’s. Mileage is from Greg’s GPS watch. Also, today was the first time I’ve ever run with a head lamp. I accidently stopped my watch during the water stop at Wegman’s – about 30 seconds. 1:58:34 2 SI2
