Wednesday 2012-06-06 ??? 7 9.80 5:30 AM. 50 - 55, DP = 52. Rt. 29 to Ship Rd., then back. Last year I recorded the out-and-back on the Chester Valley Trail from Rt. 29 to Ship Rd. as 10 miles. From this point on, I will record this run as 9.80 miles, which I believe is more accurate. 1:15:54
