Wednesday 2016-08-31 179.25 1 3.00 10:10 AM. 75 – 80, DP = 64. SG. This is my first run since 6/22/2016 due to what I suspected was Plantar Fasciitis in the front part of my RIGHT FOOT, and what I believe was a Plantars Wart on the bottom of my RIGHT FOOT. I removed this wart myself. During this time of no running, I lost almost all conditioning. Walked 2x (1:00 & 2:20). 30:03.07 5 SI5
