Progression run with Amy, Court, Kacey, and Callie. 31:30 out for Court and Amy, 32:30 for Callie and Kayce. (3.75 miles). Court&Amy averaged 8:24 out and 7:40 back. Kayce avg 8:40 out and 8:08 back. Callie avg 8:40 out and 8:36 back.
All ran great considering the mileage and work we are puting in. I know that their endurance and strength are increasing.
