1.5 mile warm-up including strides, 8x 1 mile goal was 6:00-6:15. 90 seconds rest between, not active rest. Ran the last one in 5:39 for Troy. All felt very easy, and the last one was probably the easiest since we weren't working so hard to stay above 6 min pace.
