Notes

3 mile warmup including strides. Main set 7 mile Marathon Pace effort. Started at 6 min pace and gradually increased pace throughout. Total time 40:54. Happy with the time, but the effort was hard, not quite a ten but really tough. Averaged 5:45 over the last 3 miles.

Cooldown was the remainder of the 90 minutes. 4.1 miles.
