1.5 mile warm-up 6x3:00 intervals, 3x30 sec, 3x20 sec, some light jogging inbetween and a little over 1 mile for cool-down.
top 7 girls averaged between 6:00-6:30 pace for each 3 min segment, Courtney was averaging 5:45-6:00. The 20 and 30 sec segments were fast, for the leaders around 65-70 sec quarter pace. We are looking really good.
