Sort of impromptu 5k. Didn't run on Thursday or Friday so this wasn't "ideal". I was just looking to see how out of shape I've gotten since the last time I ran fast was the half marathon I did last November. Overall, I wasn't too surprised with my time. Need to build up some serious endurance to be able to deal with hilly courses and get that repeat W in November.
