Lower milage day, but I wanted to up the pace a bit to see how my legs felt running quicker. Need to focus on maintain a longer stride with the hills because I naturally shorten up when I hit a hill, and its all hills here. Up hill with a few plateaus from mile 3-6, but I always run this way so nothing new.
