Fartlek Intervals (1 minute on 2 minutes off) x 8 with run club. Hit 5:00 pace on all repeats. Change of pace felt good from just normal 7:00 pace. Will probably do a 3-4 mile tempo next week around my half marathon goal pace (6:25-6:30).
