Long run today. It was pretty humid outside for this one. I unintentionally picked up the pace on the last 5 miles which had a 1.5 mile stretch which was gradually uphill. Not sure yet on what my goal pace should be for this half marathon, but first place has been around 6:10-6:20 pace by some rando 39 year old. Goal #1 is to give him a run for his money. Goal #2 is to average 6:45 right now. Also as for workouts depending on how my legs feel tomorrow I might do a tempo Tuesday (3-4 miles) or do the tempo at the end of next weeks long run.
